The Greymoor Estate, tucked into to wooded area south of the Nook.
Some Wynglings claim to be kept up at night by howling in the distance, and blame the place for their nightmares. (Alma usually tells them to stop reading scary stories and says it's all a myth)
However, this isn’t going to stop the most curious of Wyngrew from sneaking in and discovering its secrets. Rumor has it, that lately some weird stuff has been happening inside this creepy mansion. Random objects floating, eerie sounds, illusions… Some say they’ve even seen a purple Flare Wisp wandering around! But why? Didn’t all the Flare Wisps from last year disappear after the sanctuary was sealed back up?
What happened last year?A good 2-day hike through the woods west of Wynsiph leads to a very ancient sanctuary. This sacred place is kept safe by the Kingdom of Antova, and is said to contain evil dark magic that must be sealed away at all times.
However, the seal was released by an unknown individual, and the Runestones were scattered all over Wynsiph and its neighboring areas. Although the wanted individual was never caught, the townsfolk of Wynsiph were able to help collect many runestones and the Kingdom claimed to have sealed the sanctuary back to its original state. The Flare Wisps tormenting the town disappeared soon after.
Those that helped find the missing stones were rewarded with a medal of honor… although, those who touched it soon became corrupted with strange traits and were marked with a symbol from the rune they’d found.
Gossip about last year and how terrifying those Flare Wisps were still linger to this day. Wynglings often ask older Wyngrew about the event.
So what will this event be about?
Your Wyngro will be teamed up with other Wyngrew and explore the mansion together! What twists and turns will they discover? Will they make new friends? Enemies? Uncover dark secrets? This event will challenge our members to work with unexpected artists! Upon entering, you will be paired up with 3 other randomly chosen artists to complete different prompts with! But don’t worry, we have everything set into place to make this go as smooth as a Wyngling’s bottom.
What do you get for completing this event?
For completing this event, you can add ONE of the following upgrades to the Wyngro you use in this event! (so choose carefully)

Once sign ups are closed, members will be randomly assigned to teams of 4, and a journal will be posted that shows who you have been paired with!
Step 2: Pick your Week!
During the month of Warptide, each week will reveal a new prompt for your group to complete! Each member must claim which week they want to do before the event begins.
(So it’s a mystery what your prompt will be!)
Week 1= October 1st-8th
Week 2= October 8th-15th
Week 3= October 15th-22nd
Week 4= October 22nd-29th
So if you have limited availability, make sure to let your groupmates know which week will work best for you!
Step 3: Drawing the Prompts!
RULES:
ADULTS ONLY! (Your Wyngro must be an adult now, so please do not try to grow them up last minute. This is an event more tailored to established members, but we have plenty of other things going on in the group that your Wyngling can join!) Each weekly entry must show your team succeeding with, struggling with, or in some shape or form reacting to the given prompt. The image must contain all 4 members of your team! They don’t have to be fullbodies, but they must be polished pieces to the best of your ability, and contain backgrounds!Each team must fulfill all 4 prompts for anyone to claim rewards!This event is NOT A CONTEST! It’s a participation event where anyone who joins and completes all prompts will win some really cool stuff! What if one of my teammates flake out and doesn’t get their entry done?
There will be a week grace period after the final prompt is completed for teammates to make up any art that might not’ve been completed by the assigned teammate on time.
If you don’t do your prompt, you miss out on all rewards.
Once the event has ended, and if your team did not finish, another teammate as a chance to draw that prompt and “fill in the blanks” of what was missing! If you fill in for someone else, you can claim their novas too! (But NOT upgrades)
Return to Warptide Plot Comic!
Alongside the event, we’ll be working on our own flash comic that will reveal some crazy plot related things! These will be posted to the group in 4 parts, just like the prompts! So look forward to that!
After the comic is finished, there will be an epilogue where we will chose our favorite team to draw in the comic!
